Justine Nadan

Justine Nadan is a food and beverage leader with extensive experience managing complex, multi-outlet hotel and lifestyle dining operations across international and premium hospitality brands. Her career reflects a consistent pattern of leading properties through pre-opening launch phases, building departments from concept development and budgeting through to full operational readiness, recruitment, and training. She combines strong operational leadership with creative concept development and market-driven food and beverage programming, having played a central role in opening and shaping multiple outlets spanning all-day dining, specialty restaurants, lounges, and banquet and event spaces.

Justine has consistently delivered strong commercial outcomes, significantly elevating guest satisfaction and reputation scores across major review platforms. Her experience also extends to mentoring outlet leaders and department heads, designing performance incentive programmes, and ensuring full regulatory and brand compliance across diverse hospitality environments.

Praba Menon

A seasoned, well-travelled hotelier who began his career as a housekeeping attendant at the poolside. From there he moved into the restaurant as a busboy and worked his way up to become Director of Food & Beverage for the Regent Kuala Lumpur. With a passion for food and beverage, he moved to various international locations such as Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia, later taking on the role of General Manager in Mauritius, the Seychelles, South Africa, and Mali.

After many years abroad he returned to head a local hospitality group in Borneo as Chief Operating Officer. More recently he took on a corporate position as Group Managing Director of PestBusters Pte Ltd, Singapore, which has operations in more than five countries with more scheduled to open across the Asia Pacific region. He has since retired back to Malaysia.

Coming from a humble background, Praba attributes his success to the hospitality industry, which allowed him to learn and grow professionally. A man who passionately believes in training and developing young talent — giving them the opportunity to make mistakes, learn, and grow — he strongly believes in and supports the initiative of this platform.
